3. Scope of personal data and purposes

We process personal information that you entrust to us for the following reason (s):

response to your inquiry / request for accommodation: We use your personal information (email, name and phone) to respond to your inquiry / request for accommodation sent via the contact / booking form.
provision of services, performance of the contract: Your personal data to the extent: billing information, email, telephone, or mailing address we urgently need to perform the contract
Bookkeeping: If you are our customer, we urgently need your personal information (billing information) to comply with legal obligations for issuing and filing tax documents.

4. Period of storage of personal data

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the contract and for the period necessary for archiving purposes under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.

As we browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you come from.
