If you are our customer or a visitor to our website, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for its protection and security. 2. Statement

As a personal data controller, we comply with all obligations arising from applicable legal regulations, in particular the GDPR, and process personal data only on lawful bases.

  • We process personal data based on legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or your consent,
  • We fulfill the information obligation under Article 13 GDPR,
  • We enable you to exercise your rights and provide assistance in doing so.

3. Scope of Personal Data, Sources and Purposes of Processing

We obtain personal data directly from you through forms or when concluding a contract. We process it for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries: name, email, phone – legal basis is legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures.
  • Contract performance: billing details, email, phone, possibly address – legal basis is performance of a contract.
  • Accounting: billing details – legal basis is legal obligation.

4. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by legal regulations (especially accounting and tax laws). After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We use cookies on our website to ensure proper website functionality, traffic analysis, and, where applicable, marketing.

  • Technical cookies – necessary for the functioning of the website (legitimate interest).
  • Analytical cookies – used only with your consent.
  • Marketing cookies – used only with your consent.

We currently use in particular:

  • Google LLC – analytical services (Google Analytics),
  • IGNUM, s.r.o. – web hosting.

We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors.

8. Transfers to Third Countries

When using certain services (e.g., Google), personal data may be transferred outside the EU. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the GDPR and with appropriate safeguards.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access to personal data,
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data,
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to data portability,
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

10. Confidentiality

Our employees and collaborators are bound by confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures. This obligation continues even after the termination of cooperation.

11. Automated Decision-Making

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place based on personal data.
